1. Can I get my food delivered to me?

Sadly, HanChan Side Dishes do not provide any delivery service at the moment. We are currently working on to create a delivery system to have your side dishes right at your doorstep.

2. How do I verify myself at the pick-up counter?

Just scan the barcode in your e-receipt at the counter and we will get you your scrumptious side dish(es) right away.

3. What if I can't come on the day I registered?

Try not to be late as the side dish(es) you ordered will be made ready on the registered date itself. If you fail to claim your side dish(es), an email will be sent for you to book another date. However, a penalty charge will be incurred. Alternatively, you can re-set the date at least 2 days before the registered date by calling our customer service. *Please note that we will not be able to assist you if you do not know your order number and pin

4. Can I request to adjust the taste of the product?

Yes. You can make use of the comment box when purchase to adjust the side dish to your preferences.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by calling our customer service. However, it must be cancelled at least 2 days before the registered date. Failing to do so will result in a penalty charge mark on your account which means you will have to pay a penalty charge for the next side dish you order. *Please note that we will not be able to assist you if you do not know your order number and pin
